FAQ

Can I upload footage through the website?

No. The site has no file upload because storage is not configured. Describe the footage in your enquiry and we will arrange a secure transfer by email.

Is a studio enquiry a booking?

No. It is an enquiry. Nothing is reserved or paid until we have confirmed in writing.

Which formats do you work with?

Common camera codecs and log formats, plus conform from EDL, XML or AAF. Feel free to ask about your specific setup.

What does it cost?

It depends on runtime, number of versions and VFX scope. We give an estimate after scoping.

When do you reply?

We read enquiries Monday–Friday 09–18 Norwegian time. We do not promise a fixed reply time.
